Challenge: How can we ensure that VET institutions in Saudi Arabia and Tanzania deliver high-quality education and training that leads to learner success?

Solution: Evolve Global Solutions provided technical assistance and training to raise standards in VET institutions in Saudi Arabia and Tanzania. In Saudi Arabia, Evolve developed a set of quality standards that focused on improving student outcomes in all aspects of the student journey. These standards were adopted across international TVET colleges, impacting 75 colleges and 800 education leaders and board members. In Tanzania, Evolve supported Mikumi VTC to become a centre of excellence, which led to VETA closing all VETA colleges for two days so that the Evolve team could deliver leadership and governance training to all principals and senior VETA leaders. Following the training, Evolve was asked to support the reform of vocational teacher training colleges in Morogoro, and Mikumi VTC was asked to support other VTCs in Tanzania to become beacons of good practice.
